The management capability of individual organizational structures as well as alarm chains, the authorization and energy concept as well as the device and system management make the software suitable for smooth and professional use in nursing practice and in service centers. The high level of integration and innovation capability sets the solution apart from traditional personal protection or emergency call systems such as home / nurse emergency calls or mobile alarm devices, which primarily act as “stand-alone” solutions and are severely limited in their range of functions, as they only can be used indoors or outdoors. With customizable escalation and alarm management and the available interfaces, the system can be integrated into existing communication structures and the desired alarm handling processes can be adapted. The system can communicate with common peripheral devices and care practice systems (alarm servers, DECT telephones, people search recipients (pager), smartphones, call center software etc.) and transmit alarms in text form to the desired devices. Certain alarms can be assigned to three subsequent processes in the software: notifications, warning or emergencies, in order to offer prioritization options for employees depending on the event.
